1. check your bluetooth modem kung may conflict sa ibang hardware.
>> right click my computer,
>> select properties
>> select device managers
>> look for your bluetooth hardware device,
>> select properties
>> select advance
>> check if there's a conflict.

or you may check your modem if it's connected through device manager
>> on your device manager, double click modem
>> check if your bluetooth modem is visible (if visible, check if the correct drivers are installled)
>> if not visible, install your bluetooth modem drivers.. (bluetooth modem driver is included in your pc suite, direct the driver installation files there)

2. check if your phone is connected,
>> go to your tray icon
>> select bluetooth icon
>> check for your device..

or you may do these steps..
>> go to your control panel
>> select phone and modem options
>> select your bluetooth modem
>> select advance
>> select query modem.

3. check if your bluetooth dongle or bluetooth module is turned on..
4. check if the correct driver for your bluetooth module/dongle are installed.
5. check if other application is using your bluetooth modem..
6. check if your bluetooth modem is enabled through network folders. if disable, right click your modem and select enable..

IF THE ABOVE STEPS HAVE BEEN DONE

you can do these steps to correct your bluetooth modem problem
1. go to control panel
2. select phone and modem options
3. select your bluetooth modem
4. select remove..
5. go to your network folders
6. verify if the bluetooth modem is properly removed.
7. restart your computer
8. turn on your bluetooth module or dongle, close nokia pc suite..
>> press control + alternate+ delete for the task manager, or simply point your mouse at the task bar, right click and select task manager.
>> go to process explorer or running process, look for NPC.exe or your nokia pc suite exe file or you may kill the process for nokia connection manager.
>> highlight and press end process.
9. once ended, connect your phone with the use of bluetooth, or simply pair it
10. let the computer install the correct driver for your bluetooth modem
11. if the installation ask for a driver, simply point or browse for the folder C:\Program Files\Nokia PC Suite\Drivers\bluetooth
12. let the installation reach it's final set up.
13. once done, exit the installation..
14. open your nokia pc suite and configure your modem connection
15. check for your modem at the network folders.. if visible
16. connect to the internet..
